Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I need to know if legally I am owed two weeks pay.

I am a nanny for a private residence, we had a disagreement on March16th, 2007, when I then put in my two weeks notice. My self and the employer signed a cotract at the begining of employement stateing the following: '' following the probationary period, the contract can be terminated at any time by either party for breach or two weeks notice for cause''. There hasn't been any breach in contract and I put my two weeks and she said she won't feel confortable having my there after our argument. So, she is not going to pay me for two weeks even though our contract says either party has to give two weeks notice if there is no breach of contract. I wanted to know if she owes me two weeks pay regardless of if she wants me there are not?

It seems to me that if you were to sue your former employer in small claims, you likely would prevail.
