Can a person convicted of one or more felonies in Ca. take the bar exam? If so, can she be licensed to practice law in Ca. upon successful completion of the bar requirements?

Yes, they can take the bar but the state bar may or may not grant a license. I do know an attorney who got in with a major felony so it can happen.
