Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My location is in Hanford California and I work in a cheese factory. My question has to do with the employer's right to search my belongings, car, smart phone, person, ect. I am curious as to know how they have the right to do this, how in depth the search can be, and at what point are my rights violated ?
