Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I'm a long haul truck driver, I need to be at home more. My company only allows me home time on the weekends. I have tried to apply for jobs on the weekend but have been told multiple times to come back during the week. Am I still eligible for unemployment if I quit to look for another job? I am in California. Thank you.

No. Unemployment is only available if you lose your job though not fault of your own.
