I have a lot for a house and I have a buyer, I'm unemployed and collecting unemployment. Will the sale of this lot cause me to loose my unemployment?

No. Unlike many forms of public assistance, unemployment is not subject to "means testing." It is based on work history, not assets or lack of them.
