Lunch and Break Musts

If the employer offers the mandatory breaks and lunches and the employee does not take them, is the employer liable for action from the Labor Board?

YES! It is the employers duty to make sure the employee stops working and it is best if they are away from the desk. I have seen several employer hit with large fines for not doing this. If you have further questions about compliance, let me know.
