Lunch and Breaks

I work for a large multi national company and my current manager refuses to give us breaks and often lunch time I have tried going up the chain of comand but have gotten no results .we my fellow employees know we are not alone and would like to know what legal action if any we can take

You can file suit against your employer for violation of state and (possibly) federal statutes. You will need an attorney for this. Alternatively, you can opt to go it alone and file a complaint with the labor board.
