Lunch time
Is there a California law regulating how many hours per day an employee must work before he/she is given a lunch hour?

Re: Lunch time
Anything more than five hours of work requires employers to allow a 30 minute lunch break. More than ten hours requires another 30 minute break. Also a 10 minute break is required for every fours hours of work.
