Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Lunch Time

I have worked for this company for 18 years do not remember when I started on Salary but I never took a lunch This was on my own. Is the company responsible to pay me for my missed lunches now that I have decided to quit due to difficulties in the work place. They knew that I did not take lunches and did not make me take any.

Re: Lunch Time

You may be entitled to compensation for meal break and rest break violations whether or not you are still working for the company or are no longer working at that employer. If this is a large company and the same is happening to a large number of similarly situated employees, this may be grounds for a class action lawsuit. You should seek the assistance of a local labor and employment lawyer to explore your situation and options.
