Made Employer angry-Unfair Termination

I made my employer angry,I stood up for myself. After that she did not like me and was looking for any reason to fire me,she couldn't find a reason so she would try to make me mad enough to quit, but I would not quit. She got tired of waiting.I went into work at 6:00am she was waiting for me outside at the front doors and told me my services were no longer needed.

Re: Made Employer angry-Unfair Termination

in california, "at will" employees can be terminated for no cause or good cause, but never for bad cause. if you feel you have enough evidence to show you were terminated for bad cause, email me more facts relating to your case and i can be of further assistance to you and/or your lawsuit.
