Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Mahalo My name Is alex. I was wondering if I have a case? 01/23 I went in to work and the boss fired me because my department as a whole was making to many mistakes. I've never been written up or spoken to about any mistakes. Also I didn't get along with the politics at work and it made it a pretty hostile environment. My Manager Boss And owner wouldnt even talk to me the last couple months I worked there. Making me feel super uncormfortable at work. Also I logged 270 hours in one month and I don't think they paid me correctly. Also when I first started I wasnt able to take my lunch with in the 6 hour mark from the time i started my shift.

The only thing it sounds like you might have a claim for is lunch breaks and unpaid overtime, but you don't provide any information to even determine if you are exempt or non-exempt from wage and hour laws. So there is nothing more we can tell you than you MIGHT have a claim there IF you are non-exempt AND the details back up a claim.
