Legal Question in Employment Law in California
a major company had a pricing glitch that rang products up for free not only for employees but also customers it was for company brand products. This pricing glitch was company wide so this affected over 400 locations. Any employee that was involved was suspended so we are looking at over couple of hundred employees. How long do employees have to wait for answer due to it has been over 72hrs

As long as the employer wants to suspend you. At some point I believe a suspension can become a de facto termination, qualifying you for unemployment. You'd have to check with EDD to be sure. If there is such a time limit, that would be the only limitation on how long the employer can keep an employee on suspension.
