Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Malicious harrassment by co-workers, supervisors, and managers

Is it legal for a reserve police officer working as a security officer check your police files and spread your business all over causing undo constant and continuous harrassment? No supervisor or management person has stepped up to ask questions about the situation. Instead, they rather taunt and tease and constantly place me in a very uncomfortable position leaving me feeling drained, emotionally unstable, and embarrassed. Please give me advice. This has been going on for over approx.6 years. I need closure.

you may have a case against him for invasion of privacy. you might also report it to the police department because in some departments they have a specific policy against accessing this information for personal use.
