My manager ignored a doctors note

Due to a illness caused by stress @ the workplace my doctor gave me a note stateing i needed to cut down on my hours but still remaining full time status and they ignored the note, lost the note and told me they would not accomdate less hours

they dont have to accomdate less hours. get a less stressfull job.
