I have a mandatory settlement hearing coming up In a couple weeks and my employer is acting as if my injury never happened even tho I have qme reports and stacks of paperwork saying it did there lawyer literally is acting as if I made this up recently even tho I reported my injury 8-14-16 and have paperwork to prove it what should I do
