Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Maternity Leave

Isn't it true, in the state of CA that an employee in a business of less then 25 employees is entitiled to 6 weeks of maternity leave and up to an additional 4 months of pregnency related disability leave (FMLA does not apply as the business I'm talking abut is fewer than 25 employees). Can you verify this information?
