Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Maternity Leave
Isn't it true, in the state of CA that an employee in a business of less then 25 employees is entitiled to 6 weeks of maternity leave and up to an additional 4 months of pregnency related disability leave (FMLA does not apply as the business I'm talking abut is fewer than 25 employees). Can you verify this information?

Re: Maternity Leave
Businesses with 5 or more employees are required to allow up to 4 months of pregnancy leave. If the employer is covered by the FMLA, an additional 12 weeks of leave is available
