Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Mon hired, Tue fired

On Friday accepted a job offer. On Monday started work at the company. Tuesday afternoon was told that I was not "right for the job".

Question is, can I go apply for unemployment?

Yes. there is a minimun hours work required but you may qualify from your last job.
