Noise/Nuisance Proplem

I sit next to a electrical room at work and when the humidity rises in the room, a alarm goes of. I have to listen to this noise all day. Its like a high pitched continuous beeping. You can hear it through 2 closed doors! In turn, I get bad headaches and I find myself unable to focus on my work. I have notified my manager and the managers of facilities, but nothing has been done. Is there some kind of law that protects me from this type of work related stress?
