Offensive emails

I am interested in any information you can provide re. the receipt of sexually explicit emails from a co-worker at the worksite.

Depending on the circumstances, that might be considered sexual harassment. Seems to me in easy solution might be before the e-mails to the company president and ask if there something he might be able to do about it.

Certainly it may be considered sexual harassment depending on who it is from, who it is directed to, and the content. If the e-mails are condoned by the employer, then the employer may be liable for damages. If you wish to discuss the matter, please contact me directly at 619 222-3504.
