Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Offer Letter for employment

I recently interviewed with another company for employment. The interview(s) went well, and I received a job offer with a letter that required a signature if I should accept. I signed the letter stating that I intended to accept the position. I am now having second thoughts. Am I at legal risk if I change my mind, even though I signed the offer letter?

Re: Offer Letter for employment

technically they could go after you for some expenses like advertising to replace you if there are any but they are unlikely to bother.
