Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I currently have an open workmans comp claim. I have had the surgery, and am now going through physical therapy. I have been receiving full pay the entire time I have been off of work (4.5 months now). I recently got an interview for a job I have wanted for quite some time, and it went well. If hired, my starting date will be shortly after I am due to be cleared to return to work with the current employer. If I am cleared for work, but then quit the job immediately after being cleared to return, will I be required to pay back all of the wages I received while off of work for the WC claim?
