Can an employer make a commission employee.pay an hourly employees overtime out of his commission.so the employer pays nothing for overtime to the hourly employee

Re: overtime

It is the employer's obligation to compensate the employee for overtime hours worked. Deducting the wages of another employee to meet the employer's payroll obligation is unlawful.
