Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Overtime exemptions for software professionals

The California labor code section (515) dealing with overtime exemptions for software professionals is really confusing. It seems to say that a highly skilled, salaried programmer who makes, say, $75,000 a year would still be eligible for overtime, but I have trouble believing this could possibly be true. Is it?
