Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Overtime

My husband works for a company in which he works over 40 hours a week but is paid no overtime at all. Are there any laws in the state of California that could allow a company to do this? He works as a diesel mechanic.

Re: Overtime

Whether your husband is entitled to overtime compensation depends on the number of factors such as - his exact position and duties, his union membership and other factors. Feel free to follow up.
