Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Overtime/Unfair Boss

I work for a company in California. My title is manager, I report to the Operations officer of the company. He is a very difficult man to work for. You are either his best friend lets do lunch, or you are stupid. This changes in a daily basis. He yells at you infront of other employees than the next day it is as if nothing ever happened. I work 11 - 12 hours a day 5 days a week, last year we were reguired to work Saturday for 5 hours. I recieve no Overtime pay. There are no employees that report to me & I do not work independantly, everything must be approved & I am told daily what to do. I recently lost it at work & now I am taking medication & seeing a therapist for stress do I have anytype of a case, becasue I believe they are getting ready to fire me.
