Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I havent been paid overtime by my employer..i work as a direct care staff in a board and care home.i have a schedule that averages 72.5 hours with a shift that consists of 29.5 hours straight.i recently became salary after requesting a day of i was asked to make up the hours i missed which doesnt make me salary.please help asap he is currently fishing thru co workers to fire me
