Paid Time Off vs. Bankruptcy

If an employee resigns 72 hrs before the Company files for bankruptcy, how is PTO(paid time off) handled. If the company files within the 72 hr. period what are the laws?

I would recommend filing a proof of claim at the proper time for the cash equivalent of the time owed. At least a portion of the unpaid wages should be treated as a priority debt.
