Part-Time Employment While Collecting CA Disability

An employee in on maternity leave and collecting state disablity. Is it legal to employ her part-time while she is collecting disability? Will her wages be deducted from her disablity payments?

Her wages will probably reduce her disability payments. But she should discuss this with an eligibility worker first.
