last pay check
please tell me who to get my last pay check it's been almost a month since i worked for the company i've sent faxes to the company with no reply and they laid me off for no reason.

You should file a claim with the Labor Commissioner in your area. Even if you have been paid by now, you are entitled to 30 days pay as a waiting time penalty.
