Pay cut

I am trying to return back to work after a broken clavicle from a motocycle accident. My boss wants to reduce my job title and responsibilities which will leave me with a seven dollar pay cut. 23.00 to 16.00 Is this leagal?

The brief facts you describe may indicate that you are being discriminated against because of a disability, or at least becaukse your boss perceives you as having a disability. If that, in fact is the reason for the cut in pay and responsibilities, it is probably illegal. However, it would be necessary to ascertain all the facts surrounding your situation.

I need more facts before I can advise you. No employer can discriminate because of disability. Is you current health condition prevents you from doing certain job functions? I need more detialed info
