Legal Question in Employment Law in California

paycheck not received after services rendered

I work for a temporary agency THOR. I have done work that I have not been paid for yet. I have time card and witnesses to prove that I have worked the time I claim. What are my legal rights and what can I do about this. It has been two pay periods since I was supposed to receive my check.

Contact your local office of the California State Labor Commissioner and file a claim for your unpaid wages. You may also be entitled to a penalty payment if you terminated your employment and have not been paid your accrued wages.
