payroll deduction

Can my employer withhold wages for sevices rendered in his office without my knowledge, or permission? Don't I have the right to make payments like any other patient?

Broad answer is no, unless you agreed to allow it to happen.

It is unlawful in California to withhold such amounts to which the employee has not agreed in writing.
