Pension Plan Payout

I reside in San Bernardino County California. 12/5/03 my employer fired me (am in the process of trying to find an attorney for possible wrongful termination suit) but my more immediate concern is: how long does my previous employers accountant have to send me the paperwork regarding rollover or payout of my pension plan which I was 100% vested in?
