Phone Number/Address Privacy at Work

Can an employer post all of its employees names, addresses, and phone numbers on the company's intranet site for all employees to access?

Everyone has a reasonable expectation of privacy. If there is no valid business reason for listing personal information for everyone throughout the company, ask to have your address and telephone number removed, or only accessible to those who have a need to know.
