Legal Question in Employment Law in California

If a Place of business is sold and the new owners come in and offer a lower salary then I am receiving right now and I choose to turn it down will I still qualify for unemployment benefits???

The burden will be on you to show you could not possibly survive on the money being offered. The way EDD will look at it, it is better to work for some wage then for none at all. And the chances are, you will receive less from EDD than what your decreased salary would have been. It is a risky decision if you turn down the job.
