Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Point System of an Employer

A doctor had placed me out of work for three day.

The place I work has a policy of giving points

"the Point System" for missing work with a doctors

slip or not. This is not the first time this has happend to me or my fellow employees.

Is this leagel for the company to place a penalty on its empolyees? If not what what labor code may I find this in?

Thank You for your Time

Re: Point System of an Employer
