Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Political Harassment
Is there recourse for being harassed in the workplace for one's political views? If so, what is the statute of limitations on such a claim? The harassment was verbal, and included various offensive ''props'' placed in my office.

Re: Political Harassment
The employer may be in violation of California Labor Code Sections 1101 or 1102. For most employers, there is a one year statute of limitations to file a legal action, from the time of the violation.
