What my right as far as being pregnant and periods of times where I don't receiv

I spoke to my manager about my job situation. The stress I am going through at work. Her response was that's how my job is. She threaten to write me up and fire me. I tried to apply for a transfer and the next day she wrote me up. My stress level is high. I'm having panic attacts that she going to fire me. I don't know what to do. I've work here two and a half years. I have all my benefits here my 401k.

California law requires that Employers accomodate a pregnant employee's needs. See your doctor and get medical documentation as to what accomodations you need due to your pregnancy. You should also seek a consultation with an experianced employment attorney to discuss your rights.
