Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My previous employer had asked me to purchase a blackberry with a Canadian plan (I have it documented in email). I have been waiting for reimbursement for the early termination fee to close blackberry account. Now, my previous corporate office has indicated that the early termination fee is not their problem, that the Blackberry could be transferred to the next employer. I need to be reimbursed to close the account. What am I missing?

What you are missing is any kind of intelligible question. What does a Canadian plan have to do with it? Early termination for what? What "previous" office? What "next" employer? What in the world are you talking about?
