Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My previous employer is still using my social security number to login to te registers and my name comes out on all of the reciepts. I stopped working there 3 months ago.

You could potentially sue him for various torts such as misappropriation and other things. There are some federal laws related to labor that should apply as well when it comes to personnel files.
