Is it legal for someone other than your direct employer

to place an electronic bug in your workplace? Is it illegal for someone to videotape you at your workplace. Is it illegal for someone to tap your phone at work? How is it punishable. Is it illegal for someone to sabotage your work from a remote computer? Is it illegal for someone to harrase you while you are at work if they are from the general public? Is it illegal for someone to hack into your computer and revise/change/erase or otherwise track your activity? How is it punishable? Is it illegal for someone to place a computer chip in your brain. How is it punishable????? Liike a dog collar, where they hurt you everytime you don't agree with them.
