Right to privacy in my private office

I was asked a medical question in my private office my another medical professional I made an off handed remark. Somehow an employee either over herd the comment or was ease dropping do I have the right to privacy with in my own private office. The comment was not made out in the open an the comment was made in nothing be medical terms?
