Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Does Pro per for Unlimited civil case spell disaster?

I have filed an unlimited civil suit for wrongful term, retaliation, failure to prevent and sexual harrassment. Have right to sue from DFEH and filed complaint and summons w/i statute time frame. I have strong, original documentary evidence as well as eyewitness corraboration. Defendant is owner of two successful businesses. Should I need seek atty for final phase? If so, what is best way to find contingency? Single mom needs advice.

Yes you should obtain legal representation. You can call or e-mail me if you are in LA/Orange metro area. Or you can check the NELA website. NELA is the association of plaintiff's employment lawyers; it has a referral service. My number is 213 386 3860.

if you want a lawyer the earlier the better as most lawyers will not take a case that has already been damaged by someone else.
