I am in the process of compromise settlemnt with my employer the question I have is there is included a confidtiality agreement where i agree not to publicize the context of the settlement and agrees to a 20,000.00 charge in the violation occurs and subject to a binding arbitration. This is a disability discrimination case.

Confidentiality clauses are typical of settlement agreements. The employer expects the employee that they settle with to not disseminate rumors about the settlement and the alleged violations in exchange for the settlement payment.
