Do I have to provide ''Health care'' for an employee on Workers Comp?
I have an employee that has been on Worker's Comp for over six months. Our company policy is an employee off for five weeks will have his health insurance terminated. Under California Labor Law 132a is states it is discrimantory if you terminate someone, while they are on worker's comp. Would ending this employee's health insurance give him a claim of discrimanation for ending his health care? We did not terminate him; we just stopped paying for his health insurance.

You'd better see an employment lawyer right away. It sounds to me that your entire company policy may be discriminatory.
