Legal Question in Employment Law in California
PTO Reimbursement & Medical Insurance Charges
I was recently let go from my full-time sales capacity, and had roughly 135 hours of PTO yet untaken. I just received my check, and they took out medical & dental insurance premiums. Is that legal?

Upon discharge you must be paid all earned wages and earned vacation. This normally does not include personal time. Was the deduction for med & dental for past or future coverage?
