Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I'm working for a sushi restuarant in california. My boss is the one who deals with the waitress tip. Giving half of our tip to dishwasher and the cook everyday, which they give their pay with our tip. Second, we never receive our pay check ontime. It's suppose to be every 15 days but they delay our pay for a month. For example if it's the month of MAY, WE will receive our pay for the second week of March. Third the dress code. The boss demands us not to wear anything beside underwear inside our uniform. Which is a Kimono. I hope you could give me a reply back of what we should do about this matter. Thank you

I would need to hear some details. Are you being paid what was agreed, or were you told you could keep all of your tip?
