Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Qui Tam Whistle blower Law

Does a qui tam whistle blower have

to be right or is a reasonable belief

that the government is being

defrauded enough for the protection?

I filed a complaint with the EEOC

against a non profit for violaion of

grant monies. I was retaliated

against and fired.
