Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have a quick question i would like to know if it is against the law to have an audio recording of a manager miss using the intercom system at a grocery store?? i am an employee there.

It is illegal to record private conversations without the permission of all parties. But if the party being recorded is speaking on an intercom, it would be difficult for him/her to claim they had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
